Acceptable Use

1. Purpose

This policy specifies prohibited uses of the UnicyVinci platform. It complements our Terms of Service, which prevail in case of conflict.

2. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• violate applicable laws or regulations, including real estate brokerage rules;
• infringe the intellectual property rights of others;
• transmit malicious code, viruses or any harmful element;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to others' systems, accounts or data;
• disrupt the platform's operation (overload, bypassing limits, abusive automation);
• send unsolicited communications (spam) in violation of applicable laws, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL);
• publish false, misleading, defamatory, hateful or illegal content;
• use real estate data beyond the scope authorized by its provider;
• resell, sublicense or exploit the Service without authorization.

3. User content

You are responsible for the content you publish through the platform and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

4. Consequences

In case of violation, we may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and take any measure provided by law.
