Data Deletion

How to request the deletion of your information.

Last updated: June 19, 2026

1. Your right to deletion

You may request the deletion of the personal information we hold at any time, subject to what we must retain for legal obligations. Data associated with an account or a client is deleted only upon request. As long as no request is made and the account is active, data is retained for the Service to function.

2. Information concerned

A request may cover account information (name, email, phone, credentials), the content and data you created or uploaded, and information collected through connected features (e.g. social media).

3. How to make a request

Send your request to [email protected] with: the subject "Data deletion request"; your account email; a description of the information to delete (or "all my data"). We may confirm your identity before acting.

4. Processing time

We process requests within the timeframes provided by law, generally within 30 days of identity confirmation, and confirm in writing once deletion is complete.

5. Information we may retain

Certain data may be retained even after a request when required by law (billing, tax obligations) or for legitimate reasons (fraud prevention, dispute resolution), only for the necessary period.

6. Data entered by a client

If your information was entered by one of our clients (e.g. a form on an agency's website), that client is the controller. Direct your request to them; we can assist.

7. Deletion of Facebook / Meta data

If you connected a Facebook, Instagram or other Meta account to UnicyVinci, send your request to [email protected] specifying "Meta data deletion". We will delete the access tokens and data associated with that connection, and confirm processing.
