Our refund policy and how to cancel your subscription.

1. Cancel at any time
You may cancel your UnicyVinci subscription at any time, from your account settings or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation ends automatic renewal.
2. Effect of cancellation
Your access to the Service remains active until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription ends and is no longer billed.
3. No refunds
UnicyVinci is a subscription service. Fees already paid are non-refundable, in whole or in part, except as required by law. This includes monthly or annual periods already started, and no prorated refund is granted for the unused portion of the current period.
4. Exceptions required by law
If applicable law grants you a right to a refund, we will honor it to the extent required.
5. Your data after cancellation
At the end of your subscription, your data is retained for a reasonable period to allow reactivation, after which it may be deleted. You may request immediate deletion of your data (see the Data Deletion page).
6. Relationship with the Terms of Service
These terms complement the "Cancellation and refunds" section of our Terms of Service, which prevail in case of conflict.
