Are members only brokers?
No. Included users can be brokers, assistants, marketing staff, admins, accounting, partners, or collaborators. Only brokers have a public operational real estate profile.
What is the difference between a broker and a team member?
A broker is someone with a public and operational real estate profile. A team member can be an assistant, marketing collaborator, partner, developer, accountant, or anyone who helps the agency without necessarily being a broker.
Is the Scale plan available with automatic payment?
No. The Scale / Enterprise plan is custom and requires a direct discussion to tailor the offer to your specific needs.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Your space is private and isolated. Your agency data is not shared with other platform customers.
Does the plan include Centris / MLS integration?
Yes, subject to integration rules and availability. Listings and real estate data can be automatically synchronized in your space.
How does the free trial work?
Agent, Team and Agency plans include a 14-day trial. A payment card is required to start. Your card will be automatically charged at the end of the trial period if you do not cancel beforehand.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
The system displays the limits reached and suggests an upgrade to a plan suited to your growth.
