Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the UnicyVinci platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms (the "Terms"). The Service is operated by Unicy, a Canadian company based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.

2. Description of the Service

UnicyVinci is a private growth platform offered as software-as-a-service for real estate agencies, brokers and teams: custom public pages and websites, management of property listings and brokers, management of inquiries (leads), contacts and clients, campaign and publishing tools, dashboards and reports, the Vinci assistant, and access to official real estate data. We may modify features.

3. Registration and account

You must provide accurate information, be at least 18 or have the legal capacity to contract, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us without delay of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity through your account.

4. Plans and pricing

The Service is offered under various plans. Pricing and features are stated at subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Prices may change with reasonable notice; any change applies to the next cycle.

5. Billing and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize the recurring charge of applicable fees until cancellation. You must maintain a valid payment method.

6. Cancellation and refunds

No refunds are offered. Fees already paid are non-refundable, except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time: cancellation ends automatic renewal and your access remains active until the end of the period already paid for, after which the subscription ends. No prorated refund for the unused portion.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to violate laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, use the Service for illegal or deceptive purposes, resell it without authorization, or publish false, defamatory content or content non-compliant with real estate brokerage rules. 8. Intellectual property

Unicy retains all rights to the Service (software, design, trademarks, content). You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service on your behalf.

9. Real estate data and third-party content

Certain data comes from official sources including Centris/QPAREB, which we access through an authorized partner. Use is subject to the terms of their respective provider, which you agree to comply with.

10. Vinci assistant

The Vinci assistant may generate text and content as assistance. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publication. Unicy does not guarantee the accuracy or regulatory compliance of generated content.

11. Availability

We aim for high availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service. Interruptions may occur; scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

12. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Unicy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Unicy from any claim arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations. You may cancel your subscription at any time under section 6.

15. Changes

We may amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or by notice within the application. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec and the applicable Canadian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
